Hi everyone my name is Traci and I am new to real estate investing. A fellow investor referred me to this site and I'm grateful! This site is loaded with so much information. I'm looking to build great relationships and learn a lot along the way. I'm most interested in learning how to do "Subject to" deals with little or no money and without using credit. Also interested in wholesaling real estate. I welcome all with genuine helpful intentions! Traci
