Newbie from Lithia, Brandon FL
Hello, my name is Joey Davis and I'm interested in getting into investing into real estate mainly flipping. To be more specific buying, rehabbing and selling in hillsbourgh county. My goals are to learn and start flipping single family homes within this year. I'm currently reading biggerpockets, The Book On Flipping House as well as The Book On Estimating Rehabs, which I should be done with in just a few more days. I've also listened to a lot of biggerpockets podcast. I'm very serious about getting my feet wet in real estate investing full time. I married with two kids ages 4 and 6. My wife is a Allstate in the Lithia area and I currently help a long time friend manage his cleaning business which has grown to over 60 houses in the last couple of years.
