Hi Everyone,
My name is Joe and I just joined BP and am bery excited to be her. Outside of my own home I've not invested in real estate until now. Flipping houses is something I've kicked around for years and I've finally decided to take the next step. I'm trying to get all of my ducks in a row so that shortly I too will be able to post a success story on my first flip.
