Good Evening!

My name is Rachel Colvin and I am new to bigger pockets.  My husband and I are looking to take the next big step towards reaching our goal of owning our first rental property.  My background in real estate is on the financing end.  I am a licensed mortgage loan originator. I have been working on a team originating residential mortgages in Oklahoma City for three and half years.  I am looking to expand my knowledge in real estate investing.  We are interested in purchasing a duplex in the next year.  I look forward to exploring this new network of likeminded individuals. :)
