Hello! My name is Sarah Marshall (yes, really) from the western suburbs of Chicago, specifically Glen Ellyn.
I'm a project manager for a structural engineering firm in Oak Brook. My husband and I know construction well and have done a lot of work to our current home, but know very little about the real estate world. My short term goal is to get some extra cash flow. My long term goal is to possibly turn owning multi-unit buildings into a full time job. I found BiggerPockets through a Google search and it has been immensely helpful in my preliminary research thus far.
We don't have a lot of cash to throw down up front, but am looking into buying a cheap condo near my house to get my feet wet. Looking forward to meeting some of you!
