New member from SF Bay Area

Hello All,

Another new member from the silicon valley. I have been in bay area for more than 12 years now, immigrated from India. Working in Tech. 

I am on way to diversify my portfolio (around 1M) from all stock to real cash flow assets. Most of my income came from bonus, cashing out company stock options and general stocks (AAPL, NFLX yay!)

I have been investing in real estate bit slow but this year looking to expand rapidly. 

Biggest challenge is property management and general tenant issues.
