Hi, i have 210,000 in cash and a 350,000 preamp proved loan and want to get into investing in the orlando Fl area. Which route would be the best I take to grow my business. I am a retired military officer who can devote full time with my wife to this business. Any ideas?

Hey @Fabio Martinez welcome to BP! Thats an awesome nest egg that you have going there...you're sitting in a great position to start investing. To answer your question, I'll direct you to Episode 27 of the #AskBP podcast. Brandon debates the idea of whether to pay cash for properties or leverage with mortgages. It's a great listen and should be able to put you on the right path. Best of luck!
