Hi! I'm a new member from Acworth, GA interested in buying and holding rental properties in the North GA area. I work full time outside of real estate, so for now I am just dipping my toes in to test out the waters. I'm anxious to learn from others and am hopeful that others can learn from my experiences as I begin. My husband and I are hoping to attend some of the local REIA meetings in the coming months.
