Hey everyone!

Not new to the site, but new to the area so I figured a formal introduction was best. Originally from CT, I'm now living in Charlotte. I have seen first hand the power of BP networking through locally organized BP meetups...truly a great site and positive atmosphere for like-minded folks. Currently structuring for SFH rehabs, I'm looking forward to meeting some local investors and seeing how we can help eachother. Thanks!
