I am a new member to bigger pockets. I am a new real estate investor. I have been studying for about 6 months. Very hungry to learn. I am from the Seattle area. I am currently doing a flip(my first). I love bigger pockets. I am hoping to learn as much as I can. I am doing my investing through a self-directed IRA which I learned about through my research and study.
