Hi BP!

My name is Milton, I am a new member and i need some directions.

I'm interested in buy and hold and to aquire rental property and maybe flipping a house if the opportunity is there.

So, at the moment I don't have enough saved for a down payment.

Should I?:

A. Save money for a down payment.

B. Look for creative financing options.

I have a brother that has enough for a down payment and is interested in partnering with me but lacks confidence since I have not done this before.
