Hey everybody, I'm excited and a little nervous about what I'm getting into but that just lets me know I'm doing the right thing lol. I'm 32 and have a decent paying job but I feel like I'm stuck and nowhere to go with the company. I don't want to retire in 30 years making the same I am now! I'm starting classes to get my real estate license next month and hope to do that part time until I learn the ropes then go full time. One day I would like to get more in the investing side of things but I've heard trying to be an agent and investor is a little tricky. A little back ground on me: I've been in sales and customer service my whole life. I like the idea of how much or how little money I make is entirely up to me and what I want to put into it. I am a hungry money motivated person! Look forward to soaking in as much knowledge as I can from y'all!!
