Newbie from Dallas/Fort Worth area....Holla!

Hello my name is Will Koen and I have had some experience wholesaling real estate but looking to get in to rehabbing for the purpose of renting possibly flipping.

I did wholesaling for about 3 months this year while working full time so basically had 2 fulltime jobs. Not looking to do more of that.

I reported low income for the last two years due to me being self employed contractor and taking off when I want. 

So getting a loan for my first house is out of the question till at least next year. 

I would like to see if i can get in sooner or build some knowledge trying to see what facets are best for my talents and current knowledge.

I am seeking a partner aswell.
