My name is Lennox Marshall and I currently reside on the north side of Chicago. I work in the specialty (wholesale insurance) excess and surplus lines insurance market place. I design large construction insurance programs for a living. OCIP's, CCIP's, Owner's Interest, Practice Policies & OCP's are programs I'm intimately familiar with. I review subcontracts, additional insured language, & contractor's risk profiles on a daily basis. My clients are national insurance brokers who obtain their business from insurance agents. I believe my insurance knowledge can be helpful to the BP community.
I've been a member for quite sometime but this is my first official post. I recently got the itch to buy a 2 or a 3 flat property (owner occupied) in the Logan Square neighborhood and am having all kind of difficulties with being outbid @ asking price. Ultimately, I'm looking to gain experience wholesaling and starting direct mail campaigns. My research of BP starts after the game. Go Warriors! I've got the Warriors in 6.
