New guy from Asheville NC
My name is Brent morgan and I am from Asheville North Carolina. I am 22 and work for a major airline so I do a lot of traveling. My parents own some units around town and I help them in most cases when it is needed. Right now my plan is to flip a house so I can "house hack" something like a triplex. The market here seems to be very difficult to have a good rate of return with all the houses highly priced. I like the idea of retiring off of passive income. I'm here to learn more and grow as a real estate investor.
