Hi everyone!

I am new here and wanted to say hello. This site has been a beacon of information for me as I am just starting out in real estate investing. I am currently reading as much as I can before I structure a business, begin marketing and working with deals. 

My goal is to create a wholesaling company in Pittsburgh that will eventually spread into rehabbing properties. Once enough income is generated, the plan is to invest in long-term rentals.

I look forward to learning from and engaging this community. Hopefully I will be able to help others along the way too!
