First of all, Hi. 

Names, Mike Rice, I am a Christian, Husband Father, Disabled Vet, and a Geek. I currently work in the IT Field at IBM, and just finished up my Masters degree in the same field.

I think there was a book, or blog post (one of many) that pointed me to this site as a plethora of knowledge in the real estate investment arena. Unfortunately I cannot remember which text sent me here. 

At any-rate, I am currently saving. Wife and I, as dual Vets, want to start our own company renting out houses to other active service members, preferable in a large military area. I came here hoping to network with other like minded individuals.
