Hey everyone, Andy West here.  I'm new to the world of real estate and to biggerpockets.  It looks like I can learn a lot here and meet lots of people with common interests.  I joined BP to get educated and plugged into a network of "doers".  I don't have a set in stone direction yet of what kind of investing I'd like to pursue.  Signs so far are pointing toward rehab work, whether to sell or rent, not sure yet.  Anyway,  I look forward to meeting you all.  Anything anyone wants to say or ask is more than welcome.
