Hi y'all,

I am new to the site and wanted to give a quick shout out and introduce myself. I have been dabbling in Real Estate for a few years but am glad that i found this site where i can share and learn more about Real Estate investing. I am more of a buy and hold type of guy and enjoy talking shop with fellow investors.
