New Investor/ Construction Manager Austin, TX
Hello from Austin, TX
Member of Bigger Pockets for a little over a year and this is my first post.
Did some marketing in late 2013 early 2014 and almost had a couple deals but was unsuccessful.
Realized need constant cash flow to fund our marketing campaigns.
Put business on hold to get degree in Construction Management.
Looking forward to working in the industry as a Construction Manager to fund my marketing and to close deals
Goals: Flip 3-5 properties and Buy & Hold 3-5 properties every year in operation.
