Chicago (Northwest Burbs) Introduction

Hey BP,

I have been on BP for a while now, but realized I never took the time to post an introduction.  I am a full-time property manager (large multi-family communities).  Recently opened a building in downtown Evanston.  

I own 4 rental properties. 3 homes and 1 condo. 3 of the properties are in Kenosha, WI, 1 is in Arlington Heights, IL. Recently completed an 11 month rehab of a SFH that we decided to move in to, I plan to post the details of that deal soon.
