Greetings All! I am new to Biggerpockets, however, not new to real estate. I am a licensed agent in Columbus, OH. I have managed rental properties for investors too! I joined this site because I am now interested in investing; specifically, fix and flip! Being an agent I am aware of all of the challenges for financing for real purchases, however, investing brings entirely different financing challenges. I am here to learn and some day ( soon, I pray) EARN!
