Hey everyone,

I work in finance for a real estate developer in San Diego but I would like to learn more about the investment side of the real estate world.  I currently own one rental property with a friend in Atlanta, but my goal is to learn as much as possible about finding deals, the real estate investment world, and investing with limited funds.
