Hello everybody,

I have been lurking for a little while and finally had a chance to sign up. I am located about 20 minutes northeast of Philly. I am fairly new to the game as I only have 1 duplex currently, which I have owned for about 5 years. I hope to be closing on a triplex short sale within the next month or two.

My main area of expertise is landscaping and asphalt paving, as I co-own a company that performs those services with another family member. If I can be of any help to you guys on that subject for work you are having done at your properties, feel free to pick my brain.

In the future, I would like to purchase 1-2 properties per year with less than 10-20% down out of my own pocket. I have ordered Wendy Patton's book and anxiously await it.

Looking forward to contributing and learning all that I can.

Joe
