Newbie near Katy, Texas
Hello!!
I'm new to real estate investing and I'm super excited to begin this new chapter! I'm looking to create a bridge from my W2 job to financial and time freedom and help some people along the way. I currently am working a marketing campaign of about 1250 pieces; I'm kinda nervous of what to say when calls start coming in. But I realize I have to be bad before I get good. In the interim, I'm immersing myself in all things REI. I hope to find some investor partnership in the area soon.
What else should I be doing?!?! LOL
