My name is Haasim and I am originally from NYC currently living in a city that borders Albuquerque, New Mexico named Rio Rancho. I am a beginning Investor that is currently "driving for dollars" learning all that I can about wholesaling properties which will allow me to pursue other passive income opportunities in the near future. Rehabbing, short sales, lease options and many other exit strategies in order to help as many people that I can, while making a profit.
