Chicago Newbie to House Flipping
Hi All,
My name is Keishee. I just joined BP after listening to the podcasts for the past couple of weeks. I was getting a lot out of the podcast and decided to explore the BP community. I am in the beginning stages of my real estate career and ready to get more aggressive and turn this into a business. Seven years ago, I bought and held a duplex (two flat) that I have been personally managing. Now I am looking to get into house flipping and have a couple projects over the next 12 months. I would love to connect with other investors, realtors and lenders on BP, especially in the Chicagoland area. Since I do not have a lot of capital, I am looking to start flipping in the south suburbs.
