Getting Started in REI

Hello BP Community!

My name is Hannah and I am currently living in St. Louis, MO trying to get started in REI. I currently work for a medical device company and I would love nothing more than to be able to quit my job and work full-time as a REI. I'm a total rookie and have yet to do my first deal. My plan is to start with wholesaling. I've done a ton of research online, read books, listened to podcasts etc. My next step is to find a local mentor in St. Louis that doesn't cost a ton of money! Any advice would be appreciated as I get started!
