Hello all. My name is Stephen Mills, I'm in Redlands California. I have a property with two houses, live in one, rent the other. I can't recall how I came across BP. Glad I did however. I've been lurking a while and listen to the podcast daily. I just finished listening to the millionaire real estate investor and am listening to it again. I was thinking becoming a home inspector might be worthwhile... Opinions..? Thanks!
