    As a recent college grad, I've been looking for other ways to earn an income and to build a better future for when I have a family. After many months of research and reading books, I found BP and think this is a great asset to help build my portfolio. Great to e-meet you Chris.  What is the plan of action to buy a 2 flat?  Do you have lender in place?  Narrow down the area?

You are past "many months".   If you don't have a plan of action, write one down and share it with your network so you are held accountable.  

These market prices keep going up so hate to see a newbie research to long and miss some solid opportunity based on missing the timing.
