I am a nineteen year old in Cypress, California going to school for economics. I found BP about 6 months ago and have fallen in love with it. It presented a new hobby and passion of mine (Real Estate) in which I am now pursuing every day through their podcasts and audio books. BP also gave me the opportunity to get in touch an awesome local seasoned investor, and hopefully more to come!

That's good to know. Not wanting to hijack this thread, but I signed up for the Meetup group, and will attend the July 15th meeting. Thanks for posting that info...

Have a terrific and safe 4th of July!
