Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to finally say my official hello. I'm a relatively new Realtor in South Florida and am looking to get into investing, starting with flipping and moving into rentals as my working capital improves. I've technically been a member for several months already, but have been biding my time while researching and listening to the BP podcasts almost constantly. Real Estate investing had always been fascinating to me for the wealth potential it has, plus I've always been a handy guy and enjoy fixing and improving property. I just went Pro on the sight because I'm ready to work past my analysis paralysis and truly kickstart my investing. I will appreciate any and all tidbits of advice, and look forward to being a part of the Bigger Pockets community. Thanks a bunch.

@Ralph Cordero

Welcome to BP.

My advice...what @Andrew Davis said!

Also, check out local REIAs. There are several in Miami, here's one of the bigger groups: http://dreia.org/

Let me know if you ever need anything here in Miami.

Happy to help.
