Hello everyone!

I'm a Tampa native. I've been wanting to get into real estate for investment purposes for the past 3 years, but I always chicken out. Now I decided to jump in and see how it goes.

I'm thinking of buying something small to start off with (~$100k single family home). I don't need cash flow- my salary for my job is adequate. Any/all advice is welcome.
