Hello all! I'm located in Irving, Texas and am interested to explore the real estate market and invest in my first property. Also, I am planning to start off by buying a house for myself.
I have completed reading Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing. I would say it is a good starting point. Also, planning to attend a webinar this week. Moreover, I have read different forum threads to understand what every one is talking about. It's all very exciting but a bit overwhelming, I'm hoping I can gain much knowledge from everyone on this site. Thanks everone!!!!
