My name is Shane Rupe and I'm an experienced supply chain manager that has recently graduated with my bachelor’s degree in business. I have started my venture into real estate investing part time seeing I have a full time career in supply chain at the moment. I recently joined the CFRI (Central Florida Realty Investors) association and it has been a pleasure networking with other real estate professionals and investors within this local forum. I’m looking to hold properties for wealth building and buy/sell (flip) homes in need of repair.
