Hello forum. This is Anthony from Tampa. I'm new to the RE investing game, I've been studying daily since the first of the year. I've attended several seminars and read over 30 books on the subject of investing, rehabbing, landlording the list goes on. I'm currently focused on wholesaling and buy/hold. In the future I would like to start doing some rehabbs. Just wanted to pop in introduce myself and say I look forward to learning more, meeting some great people with the same interest, and some interesting conversations. Thanks for your time.
