New Investor near Phoenix
Hi name is Carlos. I am originally from Puerto Rico, but have been in AZ for the last 10 years. Yes, it was a big change. I am in the process of becoming an active investor. We have owned 2 SFH for a couple of years that we have been renting without problems. We are actively looking for deals right now, but can't find find much. We are looking into multifamily housing. We are looking to buy and hold, as well as self-manage the properties for now. I am very glad that I found this website. My wife is a realtor, so I am fortunate to have a realtor that I can bug day and night :-P
