Hello all,

Im an engineer in the oil field, due to the recent down turn in oil prices i've have started looking at other avenues to make an income. I started researching about real estate ( Whole sales, foreclosure auctions, REOs, etc), just to get a basic understanding of everything. Im planning on going to a sheriff foreclosure auction in OKC on my next days off to network with other investors in the area. What other ways can i network with investors in the area and pick their brain?

Im kinda in a good/lucky position, my dad bought a condo (3bd 2ba) in norman while i was in school. i still live there now. Its an older condo, i plan on selling it for my dad. Hopefully i can make some money from it when its all said and done. How can i find a wholesaler who might be interested in this home? Or wholesale it my self (by finding investors)?
