Hi! So thrilled to have found this site- learning so much already, and excited to learn as much as I can before (hopefully) buying our first rental property. Not looking to get rich quick- just looking to avoid as many mistakes as possible:) Thanks to everyone on here who takes the time to share their valuable knowledge!
