Hello all, my name is David VanSant and I am from the Portland Metro area, specifically Beaverton. I am a college student trying to figure out what career I would like to pursue, but I know it involves real estate in some manner. I have been reading posts, and listening to the bigger pockets podcast for around a year now. I finally decided it was as good a time as any to jump in and introduce myself.

I am still unsure what route I will be taking in real estate, but I know that this awesome community will assist me with any silly questions I might have on the road to making my decision. Thanks in advance.
