Hi!  My name is Christina and my husband, Lee, and I are planning on starting to buy distressed properties to fix and flip with a long term goal of making this our full time jobs.  We are in North Texas in the Texoma area (Sherman/Denison, TX) and would like to meet others involved in this area.

We have a tiny bit of experience with fix and flip.  We bought our first house in 2009 and due to a small budget we ended up with a super cheap foreclosure that had some issues.  We lived there for three years and fixed it up and sold it for a decent profit.  When we bought our next house we again made it a point to get something we could make money on.  We plan to sell for profit again next year and to use the money to start an official fix and flip business.

I've been reading around on the BiggerPockets forums for a while now and figured it was time I get signed up and introduce myself!  So howdy!
