Hello everyone!
I finally completed my profile and I'm ready to share and soak up some good info.
My name is Ashley and I recently purchased my first property and completed the rehab. I've been in the biz for about 2 years although I used to be a property manager for my mother a few years back. I've been listening to BP's podcast for the last 6 months and seem to play them every time I get in my car. I'm self motivated and always excited about this business. I'm currently reading the E Myth Revisited by Micheal E. Gerber and have already tweaked my system and hired a couple VA's to handle some of my work load. I know there are a lot of people here I can learn from and I'm grateful to be a part of this community.
