New investor from Western Maine

Hi All!

I am in Western Maine and bought a duplex. We are living in one side while I am fixing the unit up and then I will rent it out. We will then go on to the other unit. I am working on the inside while the husband is painting the outside. The plan or hope as I call it, is to then buy another unit. Working on the credit scores.
