Introduction

Hello everyone!

 I already had another post asking a question but I felt it was a good idea to introduce my self. Well to start I must say this website is awesome. Everyone seems to be very helpful and I have found tons of great information already.

I am currently active duty and overseas in the U.S Army. In just a few months I will be separating from the army to move on to bigger and better things. The army has done a lot for me but I want to see what more I can do with my life.

I am new when it comes to purchasing property, but this is something me and my partner are going in to together. My father is a plumber, carpenter, and now a home inspector which he does all three. I feel he will be a great asset for my start up with connections and what not. Well I am looking forward to learning from you all and possibly meeting other investors in the New York area.
