Closing on 2nd 4 plex in under 2.5 yrs
Just wanted to share that we are closing this Friday on our 2nd investment property. First building has given us a 45% profit increase, after doing a lil bit of renovations and the second building since it's new construction will require no renovations. I'm totally excited about moving in to the new building.
For the 1st property....Utilized my VA loan with zero down, fully guaranteed by the VA. I only paid minimal closing costs and VA origination fee was wrapped into the loan. 2nd building....my husband is using his VA entitlement. Got a smoking interest rate on this property as well. Started off with a local bank for financing.... then decided to go with a broker. It's been journey....Now off to our 3rd project. *Mellissa in Alaska*
