Newbie from Birmingham, AL

Hey everyone,

I'm very new to this world and am excited to learn all that I can about potentially diving into the real estate game. Most of the podcasts, forums and videos I have seen so far are coming out of "big" markets (Southern Cal, Dallas, Phoenix). What would be some good advice for someone in a "smaller" market like Alabama?
