Newbie Looking for NJ/PA members

My name is Rick and I am new to BiggerPockets and also to REI. I do own a home in NJ and have for 8 years now.

I am looking for fellow REI's in the NJ/PA areas to get a better understanding of the markets and what I can expect moving forward.

I would love to meet in person (coffee?) as many people as possible.
