New to the industry and i have minimal credit established. Is there anything i can be doing to better my future in the industry as of right now. (other than constantly reading forums, books, and guides.) sorry if this post is very broad.

I would recommend learning the house hacking strategy to get started. You can consider asking the bank of mom and dad for a down payment loan and they could co-sign with you on the property.

Then on the side you could also consider wholesaler to get your feet wet their using the driving for dollars strategy.
