Hello Bigger Pockets!
My name is Brandon Holley and I'm jumping into Real Estate Investing with both feet. With A few hundred hours of audio books, ongoing coaching from my Realtor (who is an active REI), and much prayer, I've decide that the past 4 years of "considering it" or "maybe one day" is enough! I realize that I'm blessed to be in one of the best markets in the country and I have a fantastic family and career that will allow me to pursue this new adventure.
I just completed the training for the KS real estate license and right out of the gate I will be pursuing minimum 3/2 SFH's within an hour of the KC Metro. Currently I have a few people wanting to invest right out of the gate with me (another fantastic blessing)!
