Hello BP!

I've had an interest in real estate for awhile now, but I finally started taking that interest a bit more seriously.  Enter BiggerPockets!  While I'm new to the forums, I have listened to all the BP podcasts and I like the culture BP and has to offer. As of now I'm still some time from pursing anything serious on my own in real estate, but I figured now was a great time get active in the forums, engage, build networks of intelligent colleagues and tease out that "analysis paralysis" phase so I can hit the ground running when the time is right.

My name is Chris and I recently graduated from law school at OSU in May 2014.  I'd say my courses in commercial real estate while in law school definitely got me thinking more seriously real estate.  I currently reside in Columbus, Ohio with my fiancee while she finishes up her DVM.  We are looking to relocate to Florida in the coming years and begin our real estate investing once we have a chance to set some roots—perhaps a house hack!

I'm pretty open to exploring all real estate has to offer (flipping etc.), but I am definitely interested in long-term buy and hold and amassing a real estate "empire" on whatever scale I am fortunate to find success! I look forward to talking and connecting with the everyone out there in theBP community and learning any and everything there is to know about the industry.
